Cooking workshops

I have been doing private and public vegan cooking workshops for over 7 years now. They are great fun for a group of friends or family or an effective team building and relaxation activity for companies. During a 2-3 hour workshop, we will cook 4-6 different filling and delicious vegan meals. After that, we eat it all together and just enjoy good food and company. Every workshop usually has 10-15 people. All of the food is vegan and doesn't contain any animal ingredients (no dairy, eggs etc.).

Example menu nr.1:

  • Curried chickpea and avocado salad
  • Gourmet sandwiches with white bean and sun-dried tomato spread, homemade vegan Cheddar and bean and zucchini cutlets
  • Juicy spinach and green bean lasagna with sunflower cream
  • Carrot and peanut butter brownies with homemade banana ice-cream

Example menu nr.1 (gluten free):

  • Crunchy colorful vegetable salad with peanut and orange dressing and crispy barbecue tofu
  • Creamy onion and plum soup
  • Pumpkin and lentil loaf, mashed root vegetables and chunky mushroom and plum gravy
  • Fruit and coconut torte on a raw crust


  1. Salads can be really tasty. All that lettuce topped with your favorite dressing and sprinkled with other toppings is enough to make your mouth water.
