Watch how I make savory pumpkin and oat casserole

A really satisfying and healthy dish, which is a great alternative to your regular pasta. Use certified gluten free oats and tamari instead of soy sauce, if you want to make this dish completely gluten free. Enjoy and happy cooking! :)

  2. Thanks, Barb! It really is so delicious! And actually, you can replace the pumpkin with other veggies too. Fresh pumpkin is the best, but I think canned one will work too.
