I like raw cauliflower and also different stews and baked dishes with this beautiful and tasty vegetable. I even love the smell of a boiled cauliflower. It reminds me something heartwarming from my childhood :) To make this dish more filling I added some beans. It is super easy and perfect with some bread on the side or served with rice.
- 14 oz / 400 g cauliflower florets
- 1 cup / 240 ml water
- 1 garlic clove
- little piece of ginger
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1 tsp curry powder
- salt to taste
- pinch of ground black pepper
- 400 oz / 400 g canned beans in tomato sauce
- fresh herbs
Bring water to a boil. Add all the ingredients. Boil, until the cauliflower is soft. Serve with fresh herbs.
