- 500 g sauerkraut
- 5 boiled beets
- 400 g canned kidney beans
- about 12 sun-dried tomato halves in oil
- 3 tbsp of oil from the sun-dried tomatoes
- 3 tsp (brown) sugar
- some salt to taste
Mix the sauerkraut with beet cubes, drained and rinsed kidney beans, chopped sun-dried tomatoes, oil, sugar, salt and serve.
