I'm pretty sure I have actually never bought peanut butter from the store. I always make it myself, since it's super cheap, easy and delicious. Roasted and salted peanuts are also perfect for making different sauces. Like this peanut and orange sauce to go with the crunchy salad and barbecue tofu.And of course this peanut and tomato sauce, which is ready in 2 minutes and needs only four ingredients. The outcome is over 3 cups, so you will have plenty of it. Just keep it in the fridge and serve it with veggie burgers, rice, potatoes, salads and whatever you like. It goes well with everything. I ate it with sweet potato and couscous salad.

Preparation time: 2 minutes
Serves: 3 ½ cups / 800 ml sauce
- 1 ½ cups / 200 g salted and roasted peanuts
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 cup / 240 ml water
- ½ tsp salt
Blend all the ingredients until you have a smooth sauce.
